R E T U R N S A N D E X C H A N G E S
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 7 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
E X C H A N G E S
All of our items are printed to order which means we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you all the instructions.
C A N C E L L A T I O N S
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but since we a print on demand set up, once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
L A T E O R M I S S I N G R E F U N D
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Review your bank account or credit card. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
S H I P P I N G
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
